YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

If you’ve paid the 50% deposit, a full refund is only available for 48 hours from the time of booking and only if cancelled at least 14 days prior to check-in.

If you cancelled after the full refund policy term has expired, but at least 7 days prior to check-in, the deposit is non-refundable, however, the balance of the rental fee will be refunded.

No refund will be issued for any cancellation less than 7 days prior to check-in.
